How Many Tank o-rings Should I Buy?

For most players 100 to 500 will last a while. If you are a field or a store, purchasing in the thousands is probably the way to go. We service many paintball fields and paintball supply stores. Some individuals like to make a little side money. As you can see, with our wholesale pricing, selling at just a quarter each would yield you a good profit.

How Many Marker O-Ring Kits Should I Buy?

Some people are only looking for a quick fix for their marker and 1 kit will do just fine for this, however for most players 3 kits is a great number, it allows you to completely service your marker 3 times which for most people can last 2-3 years. We recommend servicing your marker at least once a year. If you play a lot (and especially if you use co2) servicing your marker may be required more often and 5 kits may be nice to have so you don’t have to come back for some time. 5 kits are also very handy if you and a friend go in together for o-ring kits to save some money and share between the two of you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Paypal as our payment gateway. This allows us to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. If you have a Paypal account you can also pay from your Paypal account balance or by eCheck from your bank account. eChecks do require 3-4 days to transfer.  You do not have to have a Paypal account to make payment.

Is all of Canada and USA eligible for Free Shipping?

Yes!



Do I have to have a Paypal account to checkout?

No. Paypal no longer requires you to have an account to make a payment.  Just select the link on the checkout page that says you don’t have a Paypal account and continue from there. If you do have an account you can just login from the checkout page and use it as normal.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final on o-rings.


How do I reach you by telephone?

Our overhead costs are the one expense we strive to control. Otherwise those costs would be passed on to you.  Because of this, we do not offer phone contact. You can contact us via email from our contact section. Just click on the link on the left side of the page. We will answer you inquiry as timely as possible, usually within 24 hours. We are not always available on weekends.

How do I get a tracking number?

Our highest priority, after customer service, is great pricing. For smaller weight packages, like o-rings, no one can beat the rates of the Postal Service.  Because of their rates we are able to offer free shipping but they do not offer tracking of individual packages. 

Orders are shipped via Canada Post lettermail and are usually delivered within 10 business days of order

Can I choose the shipping carrier or the method of shipment?

We do not allow choice in carriers. If we did you would have to pay shipping for your items. We use the USPS as our carrier of choice. They provide the fastest service for the rates offered for small weight items.

What about APO’s or FPO’s?

We do ship to APO’s and FPO’s.

How accurate are your counts on the tank o-rings?

We strive for the utmost accuracy in our counts. However due to the method and nature of counting small minimal weight items, counts cannot always be exact. Expect a +/- 1% variance in quantity.  That’s + or – 10 o-rings per thousand.  If you have found a large discrpepency in your count please contact us using our contact section.
